How it started
We met Adam Thatcher by pure serendipity -we like to call it Holy Flow- at an event, and his enthusiasm was contagious.
He passionately shared the ideas and beliefs behind Grace Farms and its growing food line. With a strong commitment to expanding their impact on tea-growing communities in India and coffee farmers in Africa, he was eager to develop a cohesive brand identity, packaging design, storytelling, and marketing strategy. And so, we teamed up.

Goal
The mission was clear—though first, we had to celebrate the unique challenge ahead: for the first time, we were refreshing a brand originally designed by Paula Scher and her team at Pentagram New York.
Our task? Develop a new line of teas and coffees, refine and expand their impact potential, and elevate the brand’s storytelling. We needed to translate the rich narratives behind each product into a multi-channel digital experience that would enhance consumer engagement and position the brand at the level of its exceptional product quality.

Result
A refreshed brand and beautifully redesigned coffee and tea packaging.
We created new graphic assets, developed a brand strategy and narrative, and established a cohesive art & creative direction that now remains consistent across all owned and third-party channels.
We designed a new website, a refined Tea Journey, and all brand assets for Amazon. We also collaborated with the Grace Farms team on content production, connecting healthy habits with their product experience. Additionally, we produced content for the Grace Farms Foundation, highlighting the organization’s global impact.
