How it started

It was thrilling when we received a call from Larissa Hrabec at Beyond Brands to discuss designing the first regenerative Jasmine rice brand in the U.S. A brand co-founded and led by Neil Peetachai in Thailand.

We were immediately drawn to the energy of his company, its mission, and its values—all perfectly aligned with our own. And to top it off, he won our Latino hearts by being an incredible salsa dancer!

Goal

Create a brand system with a clear message that would stand out on Whole Foods’ shelves—an oasis amid stacks of Lundberg products.

Armed with insights, we meticulously refined their brand message for authenticity and resonance. Beyond words, we embarked on a creative journey, crafting a fresh visual identity that truly showcases their unique essence. This integrated approach, blending refined messaging and a captivating visual aesthetic, empowers our client to confidently communicate their values and engage their audience in a meaningful way.

Result

It worked! This B-Corp has been recognized countless times across the industry, starting at home with the Thai government as a leader in social impact.

It earned a Sofi Gold Award at Fancy Foods 2024, Nexty Awards at Expo West, and won the Nielsen IQ Pitch Slam—all thanks to its consistency and authenticity.

Today, the brand is available in major U.S. retailers like Whole Foods, Costco, Fresh Market, Sprouts, Thrive Market, and Erewhon, as well as internationally in Germany, Thailand, the UAE, and Singapore. We celebrate its growth and the role our brand system plays in inviting new consumers to discover and try it. And there’s nothing quite like the joy of seeing it out in the world, making its way through cities across the U.S.!
