How to develop user experience (Ux) for a large university community.

The Challenge:
Universidad de La Sabana is one of the most important universities in Latin America and they needed to unify the value proposition and services they have, but from the virtuality, through its digital application.
To achieve this, we had to understand the needs of students, professors and administrative staff and integrate them into a single platform that could be customized according to user profile.
The application should have the identity of the University and an architecture that facilitates the scalability of its ever-growing services.
